Bei Charles Dickens in Bath

DSC01948

Beautiful Worthing by the sea

My tranquil Worthing is locatet only one and a half hours from London and directly on the English Channel. A running track on the waterfront is easily found. I enjoy the changing views of high and  low tide. On Sunshine often follows clouds and rain: This is so on this beautiful island!

I live near the station in the comfortable house from the hospitable couple Tina and Chris. Everything is within a few minutes away: the school where I improve my English, the beach, restaurants, pubs, and – who needs it – of course, shops. Hard to believe that Worthing has 100.000 inhabitants: There are no skyscrapers, the center is manageable, and I win the impression of a cozy small town.

With Tina and Chris the fate was generous with me. I will never forget the wonderful friendliness, really fantastic food (varied, tasty, large quantities!) and our good talks. Thank you!

St. Georges School of English

The St. Georges School of English is a small but nice school with a wonderfully positive working atmosphere. The spark ignites the pupils and motivated them. Anyway, now I plan to learn more and better. And if it’s not working, I have just to come back. With pleasure!
